The main reason for disorder in the home is unstructured storage solutions and having too much stuff. All things we own, even the ones we no longer need or even remember that we have, take a piece of our energy. While finding solutions to problem areas and getting rid of things that no longer serve us, we experience a sense of relief. The home becomes easier to maintain and we get more time for the important things in life. Outer order creates inner calm.

Organising a home in one go, may feel overwhelming. A more sustainable way is to focus on the most crucial area, and start there. As you see the result, you feel inspired to continue. I will help you getting started, and then you keep organising on your own till our next meeting. You choose what to keep and what to let go. Off course I can arrange your space without your help as well, but then you’ll miss out on the internal process that is just as important when it comes to a sustainable change.
